The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor, generate, and maintain customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Generate leads, develop client relationships, and close deals for low voltage cabling solutions (Cat 6, fiber optics, , CCTV, access control, security etc.).
• Manage Projects: Oversee end-to-end project delivery – from initial site walks and estimates to installation and closeout.
• Coordinate Teams: Schedule and supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and resources to keep timelines and budgets on track.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain project documentation, customer communication, and high service standards.
• Support Growth: Provide input on processes, products, and opportunities to improve and scale operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in low voltage cabling or structured wiring (sales or project management)
• Strong knowledge of cabling systems, codes, and industry standards
• Proven ability to estimate, scope, and sell projects
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM/project management tools
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
