Job summary

Moncayo Golf & Ocean Club is seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across a luxury development in Puerto Rico. The role involves coordinating with Development, Design, and Operations teams to implement AV, automation, network, security, and fiber systems.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in low voltage construction, understands structured cabling and access control, and can manage multiple contractors and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in low voltage construction and technology project management.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, AV, CCTV, access control, and fiber infrastructure.
• Experience overseeing third‑party low voltage contractors and integrators.
• Familiarity with standards such as BICSI, EIA, TIA, NEC.

Responsibilities

• Support technology projects across a dynamic, multi‑phase development.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, and Operations teams through planning and construction.
• Oversee integrated technology systems (AV, automation, network, security, fiber).
• Manage vendor and integrator relationships, schedules, budgets, and QA/QC.

We are actively seeking a Low Voltage Project Manager to join our Development team and help bring best-in-class technology environments to life at Moncayo Golf & Ocean Club.

We’re building something truly special at Moncayo Golf & Ocean Club in Puerto Rico — Set along the stunning coastline of Fajardo, Moncayo is quickly becoming one of the most exciting luxury developments in the Caribbean. As our project continues to grow, so does our team — and we’re looking for an experienced professional to join us.

This is an opportunity to:

• Support technology projects across a dynamic, multi-phase development
• Work closely with Development, Design, and Operations teams throughout planning and construction
• Oversee integrated technology systems including AV & automation, network infrastructure, security, access control, and fiber connectivity
• Manage vendor and integrator relationships while supporting schedules, budgets, and construction QA/QC
• Support projects from early planning and design through commissioning and successful turnover to Operations

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in low voltage construction and technology project management
• Knowledgeable in structured cabling, AV, CCTV, access control systems, and fiber infrastructure
• Experienced overseeing third-party low voltage contractors and integrators
• Familiar with BICSI, EIA, TIA, and NEC standards
• Strategic, hands‑on, highly collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
