Job summary

Mission Critical Solutions in Tampa, FL is hiring a Low Voltage Site Supervisor to lead copper and fiber cabling projects in commercial settings. The role focuses on on-time delivery, safety, and quality across LV systems.

The supervisor will coordinate installation of security, network, A/V, and related cabling while ensuring adherence to plans, specs, and codes. Travel up to 50% may be required and tools/transportation are necessary.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain Florida State JLA badge.
• 5+ years in commercial building construction related to structured cabling, security, access control, CCTV, A/V, paging, nurse call, sound masking.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• OSP copper and fiber installation experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% preferred.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Supervise low voltage projects from start to finish.
• Oversee installation of security, network, A/V and LV cabling.
• Oversee termination, testing and labeling of end-user devices.
• Ensure work uses approved installation methods and meets plans and specs.
• Direct installation of card readers, cameras, displays, and other equipment.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ codes and industry standards.
• Maintain communication with project managers on quality, performance and schedules.
• Enforce proper safety practices.
