Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Low Voltage Project Engineer to ensure successful project execution, adherence to schedules, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. You will engage with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, and vendors to facilitate project activities.

The role requires on-site project planning, coordination of field installations, and collaboration with the project team to resolve construction challenges and closings.

Qualifications

• Experience with low voltage systems including CAT5/CAT6 cabling, CCTV, and access control.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; tech savvy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare contract administration for assigned projects.
• Execute and direct project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct on-site visits to oversee project layout, scheduling of materials, tools and information.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and interact with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager, Project Manager, General Superintendent and HR.
