Candidate will lead structured cabling projects, interface with managers and customers, and ensure on-time completion per specs. Qualifications

• BICSI Tech Certified is required.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, implement, and install assigned structured cabling projects.
• Interface with Construction Managers, Owners, and direct customers during installation.
• Adhere to job specifications and issue change orders as needed.
• Coordinate material releases to avoid overages or shortages.
• Develop timelines and track hours and materials.
• Document and track all change orders until project closure.
• Supervise and train field personnel for advancement.
• Enforce company policies and safety rules.
