Physical Security Lead Needed

Location:

Denver, CO and surrounding areas

Lead Installation Teams & Put Your Experience to Work

Looking for experienced technicians ready to step up and lead teams on major security system deployments. If you've got real field experience with access control, cameras, and network installations, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Actually Do

As team lead, you'll manage a crew of 4-6 technicians on large commercial security projects. Your team will handle access control, IP cameras, network infrastructure, low voltage systems, including fire and life safety installations. You'll train and mentor your team while coordinating with clients and project managers to ensure smooth installations and maintenance.

What You Need

We're seeking someone with at least 5 years of leadership experience in the security/low voltage field. You should have hands-on experience with security systems, access control, and networking. A industry certification such as CCSP, CompTIA Security+, Fire Alarm License, or similar is required to demonstrate your industry knowledge.

Travel

The first year will involve approximately 50% travel for major installations. As we develop regional hubs across the country, travel will become more localized.
