Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of IK Systems' dedicated travel team, supporting installations and service work across the U.S. for critical infrastructure, commercial, and enterprise clients.
• Provide on-site support to Orlando-area customers, ensuring prompt service, preventative maintenance, and long-term reliability of their low-voltage systems.
• Perform hands-on installation and service of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems, including running cable, mounting devices, and configuring software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal oversight, using your expertise to diagnose problems across wiring, hardware, and software layers.
  
  

Key Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience installing and servicing commercial low-voltage security systems.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling, access control, and surveillance systems.
• Experience with Genetec, Axis, Bosch, or Milestone is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationally.
