Lighthouse Integrated Solutions is seeking reliable Low-Voltage Field Service Technicians for local service calls, installations, troubleshooting, surveys, and multi-site rollouts on a 1099 contract basis in the Atlanta area.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with the potential for increased workload based on experience, availability, and performance. Travel up to approx. 60 miles may be required with travel pay. Prior ISP/LEC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field experience with low-voltage cabling and installation.
• Ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling.

• Clear and professional work notes and test results.
• Willingness to travel up to 60 miles and perform regional service calls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair field-service issues at customer sites.
• Perform CAT5e/CAT6 cable pulls and terminations.
• Install network equipment including routers, switches, and patch panels.
• Install and troubleshoot Wi‑Fi access points and CCTV systems.
• Install POS systems and telephone/VoIP hardware.
• Handle ISP/LEC circuit turn-ups and basic connectivity tests.
• Conduct site surveys and document infrastructure.
• Support multi-site rollout projects as needed.
• Test cables, label runs, and provide closeout documentation.
• Provide accurate notes, photos, and test results.

We are seeking reliable, self-motivated Low-Voltage Field Service Technicians to support local service calls, installations, troubleshooting, surveys, and multi-site rollouts on a 1099 contract basis.

This is a flexible opportunity for technicians looking for consistent part-time work with the potential for a larger workload based on experience, availability, and performance.

Position Details:

• Part-time with potential for full-time workload.
• $22–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
• Flexible scheduling.
• Local and regional service calls.
• Travel assignments up to approximately 60 miles, with applicable travel pay.
• Work volume based on technician availability, capabilities, and performance.

Experience We Are Looking For:

Technicians should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

• CAT5e/CAT6 structured cabling.
• Cable installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Network racks, patch panels, switches, routers, and related equipment.
• Wi‑Fi and wireless access points.
• CCTV/IP camera systems.
• POS systems.
• Analog and IP/VoIP telephone systems.
• ISP/LEC circuit turn-ups and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Site surveys and infrastructure documentation.
• Fiber optic experience is a plus.

Former or retired ISP/LEC technicians are encouraged to apply.

Technician Requirements:
