Job summary

Pieper Electric seeks foreman-level technicians to lead on-site teams installing low-voltage cabling and related systems across commercial, industrial, and construction environments in Wisconsin. You will supervise field crews, ensure design, budget, and schedule compliance, mentor staff, and coordinate safety pre-planning to prevent hazards.

• 5-7 years as a low voltage Technician/Lead Technician.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid WI driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management of assigned projects.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees during installation of low-voltage cabling and associated systems.
• Ensure all onsite personnel comply with policy and procedures to meet design, budget and schedule; coach and mentor direct reports.
• Possess mechanical and technical skills to perform installation tasks within project scope.
• Oversee production and safety pre-planning to identify goals and methods for project progress and hazard elimination.
• Assume responsibility for productivity, material and equipment use, and contractual performance.
