Job summary

Responsibilities

• Electrical System Troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify problems and root causes.
• Electrical Repairs and Maintenance of wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Respond to service calls and manage work orders to restore functionality.
• Adhere to electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Assist with electrical installations and collaborate with installation teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and suggest improvements or replacements.
• Provide clear explanations to customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades and energy-efficient improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with electrical technology.
• Perform other duties as required by leadership.
