Job summary

Next Level Technician is seeking a motivated Low Voltage Cable Technician in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Earn $20–$30/hr based on experience, with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth while supporting diverse cabling projects.

You will work on structured cabling, CCTV, access control, fiber, and AV systems, travel to sites as needed, and maintain safety standards with PPE and proper tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial/industrial low voltage experience.
• Experience with structured cabling, voice/data, or security systems preferred.
• BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel; some assignments may last up to one month.
• Basic hand tools and PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable.
• Test installed cable using Fluke or similar testers.
• Punch down voice and data jacks.
• Install racks, patch panels, cable trays, cabinets, MDF/IDF.
• Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts.
• Travel to various job sites as needed.
• Work safely on ladders/lifts and be comfortable with heights.
