Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years experience in structured cabling preferred.
• BICSI Certification preferred.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints is essential.

Responsibilities

• Run new cabling and conduit in new or existing buildings.
• Terminate and test fiber optic and copper cabling, jacks, and data cables.
• Build and mount rack equipment (ladder racks, cable trays).
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system functionality and performance.
• Maintain structured cabling systems; assist in deploying, splicing, and testing fiber optic cable.
• Obtain and document installation progress, timesheets, and daily logs.
