Job description

This is a remote opportunity requiring a minimum of 4-5 years of Revit experience, along with low voltage knowledge. Security or AV experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Summary:

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of BIM projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects from inception to completion, including system design, modeling, and coordination.
2. Oversee and track installation progress according to the model, delivering full as-built documentation.
3. Meet with clients, contractors, and project staff.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
5. Compensation ranges from USD $20.00 to $35.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Physical and Mental Requirements:

The candidate must be self-motivated, positive, professional, and proactive in improving project processes. They should promote company culture and act as a liaison with clients and vendors. Essential skills include problem-solving, critical thinking, and effective communication. The role requires working at heights, in confined spaces, and off ladders.

Education, Certification, and Skills:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a BIM coordinator, detailer, or modeler.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is mandatory; Visio and Navisworks are a plus.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents accurately.

Must meet company driving standards. No specific license required.
