Job Summary
We are seeking a Loader/Unloader for 3rd shift. Responsibilities include loading and unloading blades, vanes, and OEM parts into and out of furnaces in the Low-Temperature Furnace Department, smutting, water-washing parts, and supporting the furnace operator. All necessary training will be provided by Howmet.

Qualifications
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED, legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship), access to export-controlled items.
Preferred: 1-3 years manufacturing experience, experience with manufacturing equipment, strong math skills, leadership qualities.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to read and write simple instructions, good math skills, organizational skills, and ability to follow safety procedures.
Work Environment: Shop environment with exposure to noise, heat, fumes, chemicals, mechanical parts, and electrical hazards.
Salary & Benefits: Starting at $21.25/hour, $2.00 shift differential, $1,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401K, and training on 1st shift.
