Job summary

Simbex is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and develop embedded electronics for next-generation IoT wearable devices. In this role, you will contribute throughout the hardware development lifecycle, from concept and schematic design through PCB development, board bring-up, testing, and production support.

You will work closely with embedded firmware engineers to create innovative, low‑power wearable systems used in demanding real‑world environments.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–6 years designing embedded electronic systems.
  • Experience with schematic capture and PCB development.
  • Experience selecting MCUs, sensors, PMICs, and embedded components.
  • Familiarity with SPI, I2C, UART, USB, and GPIO.
  • Experience using test equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshootingSkills.

Responsibilities

  • Design embedded electronic systems from concept through production.
  • Perform board bring-up and power validation.
  • Troubleshoot hardware with test equipment and debug issues.
  • Develop hardware validation plans and test fixtures.
  • Document design decisions and engineering changes.
  • Support product verification and regulatory testing.
