Job summary

C2R Ventures is a Quant Trading firm seeking a Software Developer to build and maintain electronic trading connectivity infrastructure and high-impact systems that handle order flow across major markets.

You will design, develop, and maintain systems supporting electronic order routing and FIX connectivity for clients, brokers, exchanges, and internal systems. The role emphasizes low-latency design and multi-market connectivity.

Qualifications

• Hands on development experience in C++, Python, Java or C#.
• Deep knowledge of the FIX protocol, with hands-on experience implementing or supporting FIX connectivity.
• Experience with order routing in a multi-system, global trading environment.
• Familiarity with financial models or algorithmic trading strategies.
• Experience with low-latency or high-throughput system design.
• Prior work with connectivity to global exchanges or dark pool.
