Qualifications

• Strong C++ and Rust systems engineering background.
• Experience building performance-critical production software.
• Solid understanding of OS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise performance-critical production systems using C++ and Rust.
• Work on low-level systems programming across memory, concurrency, networking and OS interactions.
• Develop research infrastructure for short-horizon trading strategies and predictive models.
• Optimise systems for extreme latency, throughput and computational constraints.
• Own research and engineering workflows from development through production deployment.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to push trading performance beyond traditional software limits.
• Work on cutting-edge low-latency systems where microseconds matter.
• Join a highly technical founding team with backgrounds in elite quantitative trading and hardware engineering.
• Work across C++, Rust, operating systems, quantitative research and hardware/software co-design.
• Join at an early stage with significant technical ownership.
• Build greenfield infrastructure rather than maintaining legacy trading systems.
