Job summary

Jito Labs is building a next-generation trading platform on Solana. We’re seeking engineers to design high-performance systems that power fast, secure on-chain trading experiences.

You’ll work across the stack to translate complex market behavior into a seamless user experience for aggressive, sophisticated traders. You’ll join a small, profitable team that values ownership, rapid iteration, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with distributed systems.
• Strong systems programming; Rust preferred, but C/C++ or Go is acceptable.
• Track record building reliable, low-latency systems in production.
• Security-first mindset with attention to attack surfaces and data protection.
• Familiarity with Solana runtime, transaction lifecycle, and market microstructure is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously on a 0-to-1 product.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core systems for the new product from scratch.
• Build low-latency, high-reliability services that interact with Solana’s pipeline.
• Own critical infrastructure: order routing, execution, and real-time market data.
• Implement security at every layer, from transaction signing to user data protection.
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to ship quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Make significant architectural decisions as an early team member.
