You will optimize stability, security, and latency, collaborating with traders, researchers, and developers to meet demanding workloads.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in kernel tuning, networking, and automation, with hands-on expertise in HPC and distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux administration in high-performance environments.
• Deep knowledge of Linux kernel internals, tuning, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CentOS/RHEL, Ubuntu and their packaging systems.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling development.
• Experience with low-latency networking and high-performance computing.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance Linux environments optimized for low-latency trading apps.
• Tune kernel, network stack, and system configurations for nanosecond-level latency.
• Collaborate with traders, researchers, and developers to meet demanding workloads.
• Develop automation tooling in Python and leverage IaC tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes and integrate FPGA/kernel bypass techniques.
