Job summary

Global Trading Systems seeks a Senior DeFi Trading Systems Engineer to build and scale high‑performance trading infrastructure for automated market making, liquidity provision, and on‑chain execution across DEXs. You will work closely with quantitative traders, researchers, and engineers to optimize systems and reduce risk.

The role emphasizes deep C++ engineering and hands‑on DeFi experience, with a strong understanding of smart contracts, AMMs, and blockchain execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of C++ programming in institutional systems.
• Hands-on DeFi software‑engineering experience, including market‑making or performance‑sensitive systems.
• Strong understanding of AMMs, pricing, liquidity ranges, and execution costs.
• Hands‑on Solidity programming with the ability to read and reason about EVM execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend the firm’s C++ trading infrastructure for DeFi, including automated trading and liquidity provision to AMMs.
• Optimize system performance, develop analytics for reliability, TCA, and risk monitoring.
• Analyze on‑chain transactions across DEXs, contract behavior, permissions, and execution requirements.
• Investigate and evaluate new protocols in collaboration with traders and engineers.
