Atto Trading, a leading quantitative trading firm in New York, is seeking a C++ Software Engineer to join our fast-paced team. You will build and sustain a low-latency trading platform, improving performance, latency, and stability across asset classes.

You will work in a small, autonomous team, conduct rigorous testing, and review code while leveraging AI-based tools to enhance productivity and decision-making. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany a prime NY office location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building HFT platforms or trading systems.
• Proficient with modern C/C++ in Linux environments.
• Experience with profiling and optimization.
• Strong understanding of OOP, multithreading and IPC.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools to improve code quality and speed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support low-latency C/C++ trading platforms.
• Conduct thorough testing and participate in code reviews.
• Interface with high-performance networking hardware and drivers.
• Drive performance improvements and platform research.
• Collaborate with a small, autonomous team to ship reliable software.
