Our team provides specialized legal counsel to developers, nonprofits, and investors working with Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). We value collaboration, integrity, and long-term relationships, and we’re seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing practice.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Attorney who can bring expertise and passion to our affordable housing clients. This role is fully remote, with flexibility to work from anywhere. Candidates licensed in California are preferred, though we’re open to attorneys willing to become licensed in California.
