The Job

As a Lounge Server, you will be primarily responsible for expediting guests\' drink orders and providing exceptional beverage and bus service. Your role is vital in ensuring that all service is performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. The Starting Rate: $14.0487

The Day-to-day

• Complete opening side duties: fold/stack cocktail napkins, stock swizzle sticks, straws, matches, line cocktail trays, stock glassware, restock supply cabinet, inspect cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies
• Knowledge of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available on the casino floor
• Knowledge of designated glassware and garnishes for each drink
• Communicate order into system through Bartender; ensure transmission is verified
• Knowledge of hotel services and features as well as local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Successful completion of Restaurant Training Program and testing is required

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience as a cocktail and/or food server in a similar environment
