The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring part-time Servers to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. If you thrive in providing quality guest service, join us as a Server where you will showcase exceptional service skills, ensuring guests receive a service that exceeds their expectations.

Note: This is a tipped position; the listed hourly pay does not include potential tips.

Pay: $14.56/hour

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide menus, communicate specials, answer questions, and take orders
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, following all policies
• Enter orders into POS system, process payments, and deliver checks
• Collaborate with team members in the restaurant
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, ensuring cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling and credit card processing
• Preferably one year of high-volume server experience and POS system familiarity

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 35 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for long periods, including stairs
• Sufficient visual and auditory ability to take orders and handle checks

Shift Details

• Evening shifts
