• Bartending or bar management experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail sales is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and prebooking through confident client conversations.
• Coach lounge team to maintain hospitality standards and membership discussions.
• Deliver a professional, welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Maintain lounge and bar cleanliness, inventory, and weekly orders.
• Ensure liquor compliance and responsible service.
• Plan lounge events and activations and report performance to leadership.
