Flik Hospitality Group in Missouri is seeking a friendly, hands-on dining operations professional to oversee daily service in Restaurants/Bars and Conference Services events.

You will help hire, train and supervise FOH staff, maintain schedules and budgets, and lead pre-shift meetings to ensure Standards of Excellence are met for clients and guests.

Job Summary

Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

Responsible for the effective execution of service for the daily operations in Restaurants/Bars and Conference Services events. Always ensuring that the Standards of Excellence, as determined by Flik Associates and the client are met.

Position assists with record keeping, maintains sanitation standards, assists team members on the floor during peak meal periods and supervises conference services events, bars, and meal periods where applicable. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Accountable to ensure standards and legal obligations are followed.
