  • Prepare cocktails according to Beverage Standards using standard jiggers.
  • Manage inventory of soda and juices, ensuring proper rotation of stock.

We are hiring a Lounge Bartender!

Responsibilities:

  • Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift.
  • Break down the bar, lock up liquor, and store fruits and juices properly at the end of each shift.
  • Accept drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order.
  • Prepare cocktails according to Beverage Standards using standard jiggers.
  • Follow all check handling procedures, including credit card policies. No cash tabs allowed.
  • Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
  • Check and replace glassware as needed.
  • Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
  • Clean floors in the area of responsibility at the end of each shift.
  • Empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary.
  • Manage inventory of soda and juices, ensuring proper rotation of stock.
  • Stock and replenish beer bottles and kegs when necessary.
