Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Lounge Bartender for our Annapolis, MD outlet. You will take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and provide light meals with courteous, efficient service.

You will maintain stock, ensure cleanliness, and uphold beverage standards while adhering to liquor regulations. Benefits include medical vision dental, 401k, PTO, travel discounts, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; work equivalent accepted.
• Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• 1 year server/barback experience preferred but not required.
• Must have good English language skills.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service standards.
• Certification in liquor/wine service and CPR beneficial.
• OSHA-safe chemical handling awareness and ability to use POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
• Adhere to state liquor regulations, including age verification and safe service.
• Handle cash, process payments, and manage tips per policy.
• Greet guests, take orders, and upsell when appropriate.
• Input orders into POS system and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain table and outlet cleanliness and reset tables promptly.
• Complete closing reports in POS and document maintenance needs.
