Job Summary

To serve beverages and/or items on the menu to guests in a professional, competent, and prompt manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Pick up bank and guest checks from prescribed area.
• Set up bar.
• Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
• Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
• Make cocktails according to Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
• Work professionally with all guests and colleagues.
• Follow check handling procedures, including credit card policies. No cash tabs.
• Red Line all drink orders from servers, checking tickets for accuracy.
• Prepare beverage requisition for liquor.
• Create a friendly and professional working atmosphere.
• Perform duties safely using established procedures and equipment.
• Follow procedures for promotional and birthday drinks.
• Complete opening and closing duties as per checklist.
• Comply with procedures for serving alcohol and identifying minors.
• Check and replace glassware as needed.
• Stock and replenish ice at all stations.
• Clean floors and trashcans at shift end or as necessary.
• Manage inventory of soda and juices, ensuring proper rotation.
• Stock and replenish beer bottles and kegs when necessary.

Wage

$7.50/hr. to $9.00/hr. plus tips DOE
