Job summary

La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa is seeking a friendly dishwasher to join our Food and Beverage team in downtown Santa Fe. You will maintain cleanliness of the dish room and assist with general kitchen duties to support our service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and sanitizing dishware and kitchen areas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working as part of a team to ensure kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
• Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dish ware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
• Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
• Thoroughly clean dock area
• Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
• Clean all breakdown tables.
• Clean tile on kitchen walls and baseboards.

You have the ability to work in a fast past environment and have a keen eye for details to ensure cleanliness of all dishes, glassware and silverware. You have experience in working with commercial dish machines and cleaners. You enjoy working with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
