+ Location: American Express Centurion Lounge - 17801 International Boulevard, Seatac, WA 98158. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Days and hours may vary, including AM and PM shifts. Weekends and holidays included. More details upon interview.

+ Requirement: A valid Food Handler's permit is preferred.

Job Summary

Provides food and beverage service by taking orders and delivering items efficiently to guests.

Essential Duties include:

1. Greeting guests warmly and taking orders following established service steps.
2. Promptly delivering food and maintaining sanitation standards.
3. Understanding menu items, advising guests, and accommodating dietary needs.
4. Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery.
5. Exhibiting excellent communication skills and flexibility.
6. Handling tickets and cash procedures properly.
7. Maintaining a clean, safe environment.
8. Respecting confidentiality of personal and medical information.
9. Addressing guest complaints promptly and reporting issues.
10. Setting up and cleaning the dining area before and after service.
11. Operating equipment like fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines.
12. Collaborating with other departments during events.
13. Performing additional duties as assigned.
