Schedule

Full‑time; open availability preferred, including days, nights, and weekends. Hours and days may vary.

Requirements

• Previous food and beverage experience required.

Pay

Fixed Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; check for additional needs.
• Show complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets; advise guests and accommodate reasonable requests.
• Communicate directly with back‑of‑house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special request fulfillment.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and maintain a flexible, patient demeanor with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
• Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared.
• Address complaints promptly and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure dining room set‑up before and after service; keep area clean and meet sanitation standards.
• Operate various equipment (fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, coffee machines).
• Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
