We’re looking for a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider) who is passionate about reaching individuals who need mental healthcare but lack easy access to it. This role is ideal for those seeking the flexibility of private practice—without administrative work. Talkspace handles insurance billing, marketing, and administrative costs so you can create your own schedule and focus on providing impactful care.

What you’ll do

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the secure (HIPAA compliant) Talkspace platform
• Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services
• Respond to asynchronous client messages each week in a timely manner
• Complete required clinical documentation after each client session

• Current license to practice independently without supervision in the state of Louisiana

Compensation

• $70 per hour for live chat, audio, or video sessions (rates prorated for 45 and 30 minute sessions)
• Additional compensation for asynchronous messaging
