This role is responsible for vehicle movement, basic vehicle preparation, and assisting multiple departments to ensure inventory is ready for sale. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a team environment, and can keep pace in a fast‑moving dealership setting.

What you’ll do

• Move and stage vehicles for customers, sales staff, and display needs
• Assist with basic vehicle preparation, including detailing and minor part replacement
• Take photos of vehicles for online listings
• Drive vehicles to and from service centers as needed
• Unload transport trucks and check in new inventory
• Run dealership errands and support operational needs
• Maintain organization of the lot and vehicle inventory
• Assist with general tasks to support daily dealership operations

Qualifications

• Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day
• Willingness to complete a background check in compliance with state laws
