Job summary

Kings Ford Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a motivated Lot Attendant to maintain vehicle presentation, assist with inventory tasks, and support sales and service teams.

You will ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for test drives, while delivering friendly customer service. Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the stamina to work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and vehicle cleanliness, replenish fluids, replace batteries when needed.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep the lot and showroom vehicles clean and presentable.
• Refuel vehicles and prepare for test drives or customer delivery.
• Create key tags and manage vehicle inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations (automatic & manual).
• Support sales and service teams with vehicle-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Keep the lot and showroom vehicles clean and presentable
• Refuel vehicles and ensure they are ready for test drives or customer delivery
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations (automatic & manual)
• Support the sales and service teams with vehicle-related tasks

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
