Job summary

Joseph Chevrolet in Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring Lot Technicians for the New Vehicle, Pre-Owned Vehicle, and Service Departments. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour for full-time work.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean background and driving record.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and cleaning vehicles.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments: Clean, wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles for customer delivery.
• New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments: Keep lots organized, straight, and properly lined up.
• New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments: Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
• New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments: Assist with organizing inventory and preparing vehicles for display.
• New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments: Maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout the dealership lots.
• New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments: Assist sales team with vehicle preparation and daily tasks.
• Service Department: Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in.
• Service Department: Safely park customer vehicles upon arrival for service.
• Service Department: Retrieve and pull vehicles up for customers when service is completed.
• Service Department: Wash and clean customer vehicles as needed.
• Service Department: Move vehicles between service bays, parking areas, and customer pickup locations.
• Service Department: Keep the service drive and parking areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Service Department: Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments

• Clean, wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles for customer delivery.
• Make sure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
