Joseph Chevrolet Inc in Cincinnati, OH is hiring Lot Technicians to support New Vehicle, Pre-Owned Vehicle and Service Departments. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour and this is a full-time role with paid training.

You'll clean, wash, and detail vehicles, keep lots organized, move and park vehicles, and assist sales and service staff. Outdoor work, team environment, and opportunity for advancement are offered.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles for customer delivery.
• Keep lots organized, presentable and ready for customers.
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
• Assist with organizing inventory and preparing vehicles for display.
• Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in.
• Safely park customer vehicles for service and retrieve when complete.
• Wash and clean customer vehicles as needed.
• Move vehicles between service bays and parking areas.
• Keep the service drive and parking areas clean and safe.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement.

Joseph Chevrolet is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated Lot Technicians to join our New Vehicle, Pre-Owned Vehicle, and Service Departments.

We are looking for team players who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of keeping our vehicles and dealership looking their best.

Job Responsibilities

New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments

• Clean, wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles for customer delivery.
• Make sure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
• Keep new and used vehicle lots organized, straight, and properly lined up.
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership.
• Assist with organizing inventory and preparing vehicles for display.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout the dealership lots.
• Assist the sales team with vehicle preparation and other daily tasks.

Service Department

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in.
• Safely park customer vehicles upon arrival for service.
• Retrieve and pull vehicles up for customers when service is completed.
• Wash and clean customer vehicles as needed.
• Move vehicles between service bays, parking areas, and customer pickup locations.
• Keep the service drive and parking areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Must have a clean background and driving record.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and cleaning vehicles.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
