RV Porter/Forklift Operator

Can you expertly back a trailer into a tight spot or maneuver a 5th wheel into a repair bay? Are you confident operating a forklift? Then we may have a job for you! Our busy RV dealership needs an RV porter and forklift operator who can safely move large recreational vehicles around our property—in and out of service bays, onto storage lots, etc. Big vehicles are a big responsibility, so only serious inquiries with great skills need apply.

RV Porter/Forklift Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Move RV inventory of varying sizes safely around the dealership lot
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of RV inventory, lot and company property
• Perform basic maintenance such as checking tires, batteries, and propane levels
• Provide support for service and sales functions as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts
• Comfortable and experienced in driving RVs of all configurations (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class A, Class C, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and stay organized
• Strong attention to safety and detail
  
  

Preferred But Not Required

• Previous experience at an RV dealership or in a similar vehicle-handling role
