Job Title: 2nd Shift Lot Porter

As the 2nd Shift Lot Porter, you will be responsible for transporting RV units within the dealership lot and maintaining the lot's cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, driven, experienced in forklift and tractor operation, confident in backing trailers, and capable of moving RVs up to 50 ft. Cross-training into other departments is encouraged. Work on Saturdays with flexible shifts: Monday 8:30 am - 6 pm, Tuesday-Friday 2 pm - 10 pm. Pay: $17.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain lot cleanliness and organization
2. Move RVs between lot, service shop, and showroom
3. Update window pricing as instructed
4. Cross-train in detailing as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience and confidence in trailer driving and backing is a MUST
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs with assistance
• Work in various environments including heat, cold, dust, and noise
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed
• Positive attitude
• Neat, professional appearance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Pass background check and drug test
• Aligns with company values and demonstrates excellent customer and co-worker interactions
