You will work outdoors in varying weather, move and stage vehicles, and help with check-ins and inventory. A strong team player with reliability is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in vehicle presentation.
• Dependable, punctual and team oriented.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions, year round.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and flow of vehicles on the lot or service area.
• Park, move, and stage vehicles for display, test drives, and deliveries.
• Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging, and inventory organization.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and customer ready.
• Support sales and service teams with vehicle movement and logistics.
• Monitor lot appearance and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with seasonal needs and lot cleanliness.
• Follow all safety guidelines and dealership procedures.
