Job summary

Lithia Kia of Anchorage seeks a Lot Manager to organize inventory, maintain showroom grounds, and ensure timely prep for customer deliveries. You will keep the lot and vehicles in prime condition and support a safe, welcoming showroom environment.

The role requires attention to detail and strong communication. You will uphold the store’s safety program, schedule OSHA visits, supervise attendants, and coordinate supplies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and a valid driver’s license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory, advertising, banners, and lot grounds in prime condition.
• Prepare all vehicles promptly for customer deliveries.
• Keep showroom area clean and organized, including marketing materials.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the store’s safety program and schedule OSHA visits.
• Inspect and schedule maintenance for equipment used by the team.
• Order supplies for equipment and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Train and supervise other Lot Attendants.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
