Job summary

National Car Rental is seeking a responsible Full Time Lot Driver at OKC Will Rogers Airport. You will move and position vehicles between properties to prepare them for service and rental, keeping the fleet ready for customers. This is a non-CDL, local driving position with a steady 40-hour week.

The schedule includes weekends with some days off; benefits include paid time off, health and life insurance, 401k with matching, and employee discounts. Starting wage is $10.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver?s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
• Six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles between return, cleaning, servicing and ready lines locations.
• Park and position vehicles for easy customer access.
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed.
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicle(s).
• Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

The lot driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

• Sunday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities
Our Full Time Drivers are responsible for the transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at our Airport location.

• Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
