Boston Volvo Cars is seeking a friendly Lot Attendant & Valet to keep the showroom and lot tidy, move vehicles as directed, and assist customers with rides and vehicle retrieval. This Full Time role supports the dealership team in presenting an organized, welcoming car‑buying experience.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with pay in the $20–$24 per hour range. A valid driver’s license, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and reliable, punctual performance are

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the dealership lot clean and orderly, moving cars as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations
• Give customers rides to their home and employer
• Process / Return loaner vehicles
• Work closely with the inventory manager to ensure accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory
• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles
• Assist in photographing of vehicles and uploading the photos to online database(s)
