Premium Parking is currently seeking a Lot Attendant to monitor, maintain and enforce our parking locations in downtown Tulsa.

As a Lot Attendant, you would be working a schedule of 7am to 4pm Monday thru Friday.

As a Lot Attendant, you will have the responsibility of...

• Ensuring parking locations are clean and free of any debris
• Providing customer service, including assistance with use of digital pay machines
• Enforcing parking rules and regulations; issuing citations and/or report violators
• Performing assigned duties and executing special projects independently
• Reporting of available space and on-site traffic directing
• Auditing rates at pay machines and on our online platform
  
  

As a Lot Attendant, you will need...

• Ability to clearly communicate with all personnel
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work primarily outdoors
• Willingness to learn proficiency in using Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
