As a Lot Attendant, you will maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance at our Market Hubs, coordinate with team members for timely deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Position Details:

• This is a part-time position
• PTO and paid holidays + your birthday is a holiday

Compensation & Growth Opportunities:

Starting at $19/hr with potential increases based on performance, reaching $20/hr within the first year through merit-based programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, cosmetic, or drivability issues
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Conduct multi-point inspections upon vehicle arrival
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and vendors
• Communicate effectively with team and management
• Adhere to attendance requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Use of safety equipment required
