Responsibilities

  • Verify receipt of and perform damage inspections on new vehicles upon delivery.
  • Park vehicles in an orderly manner in the lot.
  • Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoices.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Record damages and missing items on the delivery receipt.
  • Catalog and store keys appropriately.
  • Assign stock control numbers to vehicles.
  • Move sold vehicles to optimize lot space and keep the lot organized.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to the preparation department.
  • Service vehicles in storage to protect tires, batteries, and finishes.

Qualifications

  • Must embody honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Enthusiastic attitude.
  • Friendly customer service skills.
  • Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, walk, or stand for long periods in all weather conditions.
