Job Summary:

Shults Ford Lincoln, a respected leader in the automotive sales industry, is seeking a reliable and energetic Sales Lot Attendant to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Lot Attendant / Porter is responsible for the overall organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot and service drive. This includes moving vehicles, maintaining lot appearance, and supporting the sales and service teams with vehicle-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain the vehicle display lot in a clean and orderly fashion

• Move vehicles to ensure inventory is properly staged and accessible

• Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles as needed

• Check-in and inspect vehicles delivered to the dealership

• Retrieve and deliver vehicles for customers, salespeople, and service advisors

• Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, driveways, and customer parking areas

• Assist with snow removal or other seasonal maintenance duties

• Install dealer plates and remove them as necessary

• Follow all dealership safety and security procedures

• Support dealership staff with various tasks as directed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required
