Shults Ford Lincoln, a respected leader in the automotive sales industry, is seeking a reliable and energetic Sales Lot Attendant to join our team.
The Lot Attendant / Porter is responsible for the overall organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot and service drive. This includes moving vehicles, maintaining lot appearance, and supporting the sales and service teams with vehicle-related tasks.
Organize and maintain the vehicle display lot in a clean and orderly fashion
Move vehicles to ensure inventory is properly staged and accessible
Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles as needed
Check-in and inspect vehicles delivered to the dealership
Retrieve and deliver vehicles for customers, salespeople, and service advisors
Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, driveways, and customer parking areas
Assist with snow removal or other seasonal maintenance duties
Install dealer plates and remove them as necessary
Follow all dealership safety and security procedures
Support dealership staff with various tasks as directed
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous dealership or automotive experience a plus, but not required
Competitive hourly wage
