The Ford Store Morgan Hill is looking for aLot Attendant/Porter who is energetic, reliable, and ready to support our busy service team. You will help keep our lot organized, vehicles clean, and customers moving while playing a vital role in delivering a top-tier service experience.

Lot Attendant/Porter Key Responsibilities

• Move vehicles to and from service areas and parking lots

• Install protective coverings (seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats) and service tags in incoming vehicles

• Refuel and top off fluids (gas, oil, water) as needed

• Wash and detail vehicles

• Maintain cleanliness of lot, service drive, sidewalks, and work spaces

• Transport customers to and from their homes as needed

• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational sessions

• Complete all required documentation in compliance with company standards and regulations

• Follow all safety rules and guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

• Skilled at maneuvering vehicles in tight spaces

• Professional, reliable, and self-directed

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Able to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
