Job summary

California Automotive Retail Group seeks a dependable Lot Attendant in Fremont, CA. You will maintain the inventory lot's appearance, tag vehicles, and move cars as directed by management while ensuring a clean, organized display and good customer service.

The role requires a flexible schedule with weekend availability, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle lot appearance and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and move cars as directed by management.
• Escort vehicles to service lanes and parking areas.
• Create key tags and manage vehicle inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
