Job summary

California Automotive Retail Group in California is hiring a front-line Vehicle Lot Associate to help maintain the appearance and readiness of our dealer inventory. You will support vehicle movement, tagging, and buyer guides while delivering best-in-class customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude with a can-do mentality and customer service focus.
• Reliable transportation to work daily.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle lot appearance and inventory by cleaning interiors and exteriors.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags on vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly and move cars as directed.
• Drive vehicles to service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Create key tags and manage inventory.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from different locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
